The views are beautiful and make the stay feel so relaxing, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service. Many thanks to the hotel management and staff for the warm welcome and great hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Ourika region. It's definitely worth experiencing.

The setting is peaceful and romantic, a welcome escape from city noise. This beautiful hotel is tucked among the mountains near Setti Fatma waterfalls, surrounded by wonderful scenery. In winter it's covered in snow, while the other seasons bring lush greenery. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with direct views of the mountains and valleys, and each morning you wake to the sound of water and nature. The staff are welcoming and caring, and made us feel at home. There's also a traditional restaurant inside the hotel serving delicious Moroccan dishes. Candlelit dinners by the fireplace make for a warm, romantic atmosphere, especially on cold nights. Setti Fatma is very close, so visitors can easily explore the waterfalls and enjoy walks in nature. It's an unforgettable place for anyone looking for serenity, with peace, cleanliness, romance, and snowy mountain scenery all in one.

The owner was disrespectful toward Moroccan customers and clearly seemed to favor foreigners. The behavior felt very unprofessional and discriminatory, with basic customer service and respect lacking. I highly do not recommend this place.
