A thoroughly awful experience in Marrakesh. After we’d paid for the reservation, the property manager was incredibly rude and tried to charge extra for things advertised as included in the rental: use of the pool, hammam, and jacuzzi. He also tried to keep an additional security deposit. Although a kitchen is advertised, guests aren’t allowed to bring food or cook their own meals. Expect to pay the chef or caterers for every meal, at exorbitant prices. You’d be better off in a nice hotel.
