The room felt fresh and modern, and it was spotless, right down to the well-kept bathroom. The owner and staff were easy to approach, genuinely friendly, and always ready to help. Someone was available around the clock, which made everything feel safe and organized. I had a perfect stay, with nothing to complain about, and would happily come back.

I was left really upset by how this went. I had agreed to pay 300 dirhams to have my clothes washed and returned that day, since I was travelling the next day. Instead, they handed them back still wet and not properly dried, and I ended up late for my trip. It was raining, and I had to travel in wet clothes with my young daughter while pregnant. The cleaning was poor, and the receptionist was rude and very unprofessional. The stress and inconvenience made this an extremely bad experience, worth less than one star to me.

It was easy to settle in here. Check-in was quick, and the staff were welcoming and helpful whenever I had a question or wanted a recommendation. The quiet atmosphere made it easy to sleep in, and the clean, well-kept common areas had a calm feel throughout the hotel. The room was cozy, with comfortable bedding and a clever use of space. Its modern design includes smart lighting and plenty of places to charge devices. Everything felt well maintained. I’d consider coming back, especially for the comfort and technology.
