We only heard occasional noise from guests above us, probably because the building has tiled floors throughout. It’s common in the region, and it didn’t spoil the stay. The roller blinds on the windows and doors helped with light and street noise, though it wasn’t completely quiet. There was a 24/7 reception, which was useful. Appartement Hotel Rania is central, private, comfortable, and affordable. We stayed two nights, and the apartment had what we needed, including a washing machine, ironing equipment, TV, kitchen, and decent Wi-Fi. Noor was bubbly and welcoming, and gave us helpful advice for our first visit to Morocco. It felt like home.

After a few disappointing stays elsewhere, despite the good online reviews, I was surprised by how nice this place was. My room was next to some extremely noisy guests, but the staff dealt with it right away. Nour was especially friendly and professional while I was there. The rooms are huge, and you can walk to pretty much everywhere from this central spot in Tanger. The staff were informative and helpful. Recommended!

The rest of our stay was fine, and the room was pretty comfortable. But the refrigerator was set to the coldest level when we arrived, with only a dial and no temperature display. It ranged from -2 to -10, and everything we put inside froze and was ruined. Maybe the appliances need updating.

We had a great stay, close to good restaurants and in a handy spot for exploring the city. After we checked out, I realized I’d left my headphones behind. The hotel staff kindly sent them to the bus station in Fes, where we were headed next. Really helpful service!

There’s plenty of space for a family, and the rooms come with the essential appliances and kitchenware. The location is very convenient, and the friendly staff can help with local needs, from directions to ideas for attractions and restaurants.
