The place is nice and well located, but what really stood out was how kind the team were. They did whatever they could to help guests. In my case, they asked the gate keeper to keep an eye on my Motorbike all night long!

There's no elevator, which was a drawback for me. I had to climb to the third floor carrying a lot of languages and kids. The location also wasn't great for visitors. It's more of a local residential neighborhood, with lots of noise and traffic.

I booked through Expedia, but couldn't get hold of the property for several days to arrange my arrival. Expedia couldn't reach them either, even after escalating it. That mattered because Expedia said there was no front reception and I'd need to arrange my arrival ahead of time. Cancelling the booking averted a potential disaster, but what a waste of time. AVOID.

I stayed here on and off all the time for a year. The person looking after the place was great, and it was always clean. It felt comfortable, like my second home.

The rooms were very new and the cleaning was great. It's not expensive at all, either. The staff were kind, helpful, and spoke English. I'd highly recommend this place to everyone.
