The location is convenient, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants, and the cleaning staff did a great job with the room. But I wouldn't stay here again, with so many other options around. Breakfast was the same each day with limited choices. At check-in, the manager came out of his room looking as if we'd interrupted him. He rushed through the process so he could get back to his phone and didn't explain anything about the hotel or breakfast hours. When I asked for a towel, he sucked his teeth and rudely said we already had them. I didn't catch his name, but he needs training. The staff also seemed annoyed when asked questions. We requested a late checkout and were first told it wasn't possible. After a few minutes of discussion, that changed once we offered to pay. It didn't feel professional.

Women wearing burkinis can't use the pool. I'm Moroccan, and I wear what most Moroccan women wear, yet I can't access a pool in my own country. What a shame. Denying someone access to a public swimming pool because of clothing is illegal, and this kind of discrimination is morally wrong as well as a violation of civil rights.

The pool was great, and the hotel itself is nice, though the rates are pretty high. The rooms feel old school but were very clean, and the cleaning staff were super polite and welcoming. Downstairs, the chiringito serves shisha and booze, about 150 for a shisha. Food is really expensive, around 200 per dish, while salads cost between 100 and 120.

The breakfast team looked after us so well, and the reception staff greeted us with warm smiles and a friendly, sincere manner from the moment we arrived. It made us feel as happy and comfortable as if we were at home. Thank you all, truly, from the heart. You're wonderful.

We liked the rooms, the food was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the beach, and the prices for the excellent food are reasonable. The loud music carried on late into the night, though, and made it hard to sleep.
