I spent six nights here and really enjoyed the room, the view, the people, and especially the food. It was a little expensive, though that's what I'd expect from hotel service. The one thing that bothered me was the centrally controlled AC. There was a thermostat in the room, but it stayed on heat mode because local guests were cold, so I felt too hot despite coming from a cold country. I understood the needs of the many, and opening the patio door toward the sea brought in a lovely breeze day and night. I missed the 12 pm checkout by a few hours, my fault, and the manager kindly let me stay with a few extra dirhams on top. I'll be back soon, God willing. Really good.

The sea and pool view from my room was amazing, and breakfast had a big variety of dishes. Amjad at the restaurant was especially helpful and friendly. The service throughout was impeccable, with staff who were polite, warm, and ready to help. I had a fabulous stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended.

The beachside location is perfect, and the rooms have breathtaking views. The spa and gym were also good reasons to stay, and I'd book again for the location, facilities, and customer service. My room had some upkeep issues, like stained carpets and doors or wardrobes that wouldn't close properly. I complained and the staff were very friendly and upgraded me, though the new room had the same problems. They did what they could. Service was 10/10, helpful, welcoming, and understanding. I spoke mostly with Taib, who was kind and answered questions about both the hotel and the country, and the rest of the staff were just as good.

The views were breathtaking and the location was great. Our room was lovely, spacious, and clean, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Manager Amjad was especially attentive. We'll definitely come back.

The people here made the biggest difference for me. Everyone was attentive, welcoming, and ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to Mr Amjad for being so professional. Grand Mogador was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, and I had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it.
