The location was a big plus, about five minutes from the beach, beside the mall, and across from the train station. Breakfast was fantastic, with a lovely sea view, and the breakfast staff were attentive. The room was spacious, and the staff overall were lovely. It was generally a nice stay, though housekeeping sometimes forgot to replace towels and toiletries, and the bathroom looked worn and needed attention. The AC was set at 23 degrees and wasn't working well. It took two visits from the engineer to get the room reasonably cool. We found it hot and uncomfortable, but staff didn't seem to understand that we wanted it cooler. Drinks also took ages to chill in the fridge. I had asked for two rooms near each other, but they put us quite far apart even though one room had an interconnecting option.

On the 15th floor, the view over the water and city at night made a perfect setting for a romantic dinner. I had the best duck of my life at the hotel restaurant. Our waiter, Amine, was friendly and attentive without overdoing it. When I complimented the duck, he brought out the Chef, and it was wonderful to meet them. A lovely way to finish our tour of beautiful Morocco.

The 56 Moroccan restaurant was gorgeous, and the food was delicious. Breakfast was plentiful, with made-to-order eggs and crepes, and parking was easy. We had a gorgeous executive room after an upgrade through Gold status. Service was impeccable from check-in through checkout. This is absolutely a five-star property, and thanks to it, I'd return to Tangier without hesitation.

My husband and I had a really good time at the Hilton. The rooms were comfortable and everything worked well. When we asked reception for towels and toiletries, they brought them up promptly. Being so close to the train station also made it convenient to explore other parts of Morocco. We went to Rabat for a day trip instead of Chefchaouen. Our favorite part was The 56 and the executive lounge. Bouzza served us at both and was impeccable, carefully explaining things and making sure we had a great experience. He also shared day trip ideas and some history of tangier. The other lounge servers were amazing too, keeping the food topped up and making sure we had the right drinks. Shoukran, we're really grateful and had a great time because of them. The 56 had stunning decor, and even the bread was incredibly delicious.

We loved our stay and look forward to coming back. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and we're grateful to everyone who helped make it memorable. The receptionist checked us in smoothly and kindly, then personally escorted us to the lounge, which made us feel very welcome. Nassima, the housekeeping coordinator, decorated our room beautifully, and Adil surprised us with a lovely anniversary cake. Those thoughtful touches made it extra special.
