Andalucia Golf Tanger

The room was unbearably hot because the air conditioning didn’t work, and I couldn’t stay for the full two nights I’d booked. They moved me between rooms and said someone would come to fix it, but nothing changed until I started checking in every 30 minutes. A basic problem took days to sort out. I also arrived to find no towels. It took repeated requests and a lot of effort to get them, and there was a cockroach in the room as well. The service was unresponsive and the conditions were poor. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I found cockroaches in the closet, and my phone charger went missing. There wasn’t any toothpaste or slippers, either. For a hotel with a five-star rating, the room felt careless and unhygienic. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both cleanliness and room quality.

The location worked really well for me, close to the golf course and Socco alto Mall, and the price felt like good value. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel itself is nice, though the rooms could be better, especially the air conditioning, ventilation, and heating.

I didn’t stay here, just stopped by the restaurant for a drink and snack. It felt expensive by local standards, and nothing really stood out. I’d go for a bottle of wine instead of a mixed drink. Ours was already $15, and we had to buy an extra $8 shot just to make it legit.
