Hôtel Biarritz

The location is nice, but the room was cramped and smelled unpleasant. For the price, the quality just isn’t worth it. A very disappointing experience.

The people there are wonderful, especially my friend Ahmed, who gave great service. The Wi-Fi isn’t good and should be fixed, but everything else was nice.

Avoid booking this hotel. There’s no Wi-Fi or mobile coverage, and the room is far too small and expensive.

The beds were hard, the Wi-Fi felt like it was from 1950, and there was barely any room on the toilet. I’d never recommend staying here unless you want high blood pressure and to feel scammed. The guy at the counter was unfriendly and tried to charge my card twice. I’d booked and paid for two people, but he made me pay for an extra room for my girlfriend, saying he’d get in trouble if he let us share a room. That meant he charged me for three people. Later, I asked a police officer about it, and the conclusion was that he just wanted more money. At the same time, he seemed not to care about people trying to sell weed in front of the hotel, so it clearly wasn’t about “law”. If I could, I’d give zero stars.
