Mohamed at reception was a huge help. He took my luggage up to the room and shared useful tips about Tangier and the country. He was friendly, spoke excellent English, and is a real asset to the hotel. The rest of the staff spoke English too, which made things easy. I was very pleased to find secure underground parking while travelling by motorcycle. My apartment was exceptionally clean and finished to a high standard, with a great view over the city and ocean. It had two bathrooms, two balconies, and a fully equipped kitchen. Thanks so much. If I come back to Tangier, I'd choose this apartment hotel again.

The street noise was my one real problem. On the first night, Saturday, three men on two motorbikes revved and circled around from 3am to 5am. It went on for over 90 minutes on each of the first two nights, so loudly it sounded like a chainsaw in my room. I was on the 6th Floor and could hear it clearly. I wish they'd been more considerate. There are lots of apartments around there, so they must have disturbed hundreds of people. Noise within the building was excellent, apart from the odd chair scraping, and I couldn't hear the lift. Even with that, I loved staying here and would like to return, maybe in June. The apartment was fabulous, with two balconies, though I'm not sure all rooms have that. I did sunrise yoga on one and sat on the other. The balconies were private from other apartments in the same building, though people in other buildings could see them. They had electronic shutters that worked perfectly, nice outdoor furniture, and plenty of lighting. The cotton bedding was very clean, the white towels fluffy, and there were lots of TV channels. I didn't use the TV or A/C; the A/C seemed to work OK. It's a 10 minute walk from Tanger Ville high speed train station and close to the beach. I walked there in swimwear, with a towel, T-shirt or dress, and flips, without even taking a room key. The door uses a modern code system. Staff were very friendly, check-in was quick, and they let me in early at about noon. The airport bus stop is also a 10 minute walk away, right by the train station, and the fare is 40 DRM. I used the washing machine and was glad I'd brought a little washing liquid. Bring a pod or two if you plan to do laundry. There was a small airer that held about 8 things. The bathrooms were great: a separate toilet and a full bathroom with another toilet. Cooking facilities were there, though not four of every item. For one person, two mugs were plenty. There were no espresso cups despite the espresso machine, so I bought coffee pods at the corned shop opposite and cups while in Tangier. Small bowls for nibbles or nuts would've helped too. There were no cloths for drying or wiping surfaces, so I used my own towel. I didn't use the ground floor fitness room, which has no view. Overall, I had a lovely stay.

The underground parking gets crowded at night, and spaces can be a tight fit for mid-to-large-sized cars. I'd try to arrive earlier in the evening if you want a spot before the lot fills. We absolutely loved staying here as a family. The apartments have the feel of a serviced apartment, with the convenience of a hotel and the comfort of home. The front desk was always available for check-in and anything else we needed, and the apartment was so well equipped for day-to-day living. I'd highly recommend it to families looking for an easy, comfortable stay.

It felt like being at home in a flat, and I had a short but good stay. The workers were very polite and helpful, and there's a garage. The location is a little far from the centre, though there are some restaurants near the hotel and more about a 15 minute walk away. Unfortunately, it was raining hard on my checkout day, so I couldn't spend time around the hotel. Thank you 🙏

The rooms are modern and beautiful, and the location is okay. It's in an area with many hotels, though not near the medina. Reception service was terrible. Before we arrived, I called to ask the best way to get from the airport. They offered to arrange a taxi and gave me a price. Once I got there, they asked for 8 times what they'd quoted on the phone. At 4am on our second night, an alarm went off in the building. I tried reaching reception through the what's app nr they'd given us, but got no reply. We stayed 5 nights and there was no cleaning. On day 3, dirt from our shoes was on the floor, so I asked reception for a cleaning lady to clean it. Nothing happened.
