The only sound was birdsong, and the place really felt like being with family. I rented the whole Kasbah through VRBO for three weeks from late February and invited friends to come along. Abdul and his team took incredible care of us. Their hospitality was amazing, and nothing was too much trouble. The Kasbah was even better than the photos. WiFi was a bit hit and miss, though good most of the time. A previous review mentioned the cold, but it had been exceptionally cold just before my stay, causing the tomato crisis in the UK!

The rooms were really cold in February, and we had no hot water. WiFi was slow, though it worked outside the rooms and in the main hall. The kasbah itself is beautiful, the host is amazing, and the cats are great.

About 15 minutes from the city, this is a beautiful, authentic old Kasbah. The service was wonderful and everyone was smiling.
