I came for a holiday, not to be made afraid by a zombie stare 🫩. Early this morning I saw a man on the night shift looking at me in a really unpleasant way. If looks could kill, I’d be dead. This wasn’t the first time; it happened a few years earlier too. I tried to forget it, but never again. The rest of the staff were really polite, sorry.

The room was comfortable enough to rest and sleep after a long, active day, and the cleanliness and service were good. Wifi is available, though a little slow. Rooms facing the street have good ventilation, but I don’t think the interior rooms are ventilated well. The place needs renovation. The TV is very small and old, the toilet lid is broken and needs replacing, and the dusty fan needs maintenance and should be covered with something. The main light is old and too dim; it should be replaced with white LEDs instead of yellow light.

For the price, it’s very good. The rooms are spacious and decent, and the balcony view of Bouanan mountain is stunning. The TV and AC could use an upgrade.

The staff are very friendly, and they offer a nice breakfast. It’s inexpensive and very well located, with great views of Tetouan, but the place feels from another era. Cleanliness and the installations are the downside. It needs remodeling and a more thorough clean.

The price is good compared with other hotels in tetouan city, and some rooms have beautiful views of the relaxing natural mountain. Rooms are cleaned daily, and breakfast is good. I gave it 4 stars because not every room has that mountain view.
