Dishonest landlady! The high rating here is due to the owners' deception and blackmail! This happened to us on 14.07.2025. The owner Ivana unfairly kept 110 euros when we refused to stay in her apartment because of the terrible conditions. She threatened to keep another 40 if we didn’t cancel the Booking reservation, so she wouldn’t get a negative review. We only managed to get at least 400 back out of 510 by threatening her and making a scene. We also had to pay extra to clean two rooms, even though we hadn’t stayed in one of them! That’s on top of the 30 euros she took for nothing. A group of guests told us they had been forced to stay at the hotel because of a similar situation, just so they wouldn’t lose their money. That’s where such a good rating comes from.

The location is great, very close to the beach, with a grocery store and bakery nearby. The owner offers parking inside for one car per apartment, and each apartment has AC and is supplied fairly well. They’re pretty spacious, too. There’s a big terrace with a sea view for apartments without a balcony, plus a bbq grill. Downstairs is a bar with cheap prices, and the owner can grill lunch or dinner on request. It was delicious, and his homemade rakija schnaps is excellent. They offer a free welcome and goodbye drink as well. Will definitely visit again.

The apartment was spacious and the bed comfortable. There’s a nice roof terrace and fire stoves for cooking. We could leave our bikes there, and use a washing machine in the garage.
