The apartment and terrace matched what was shown on booking, and the space was neat. The room was comfortable, with air conditioning, a TV, bed linen, and towels. The bathroom wasn't cramped and had toilet paper. On the large terrace, which was just for us, the kitchen had everything needed to cook and wash dishes. There was also an iron and floor cleaning equipment in the shared hallway. The location was excellent. The beach really is two minutes away, and there are several markets right nearby, including Idea to the right and two more a few steps left. By the main road you'll find two bakeries, a pharmacy, and small shops. The tourist information center along the promenade is where you pay the tourist tax. Everything is just a few minutes away. The yard and closeness to the beach make it a good option for families with kids. Mr. Suat was attentive without hovering, and was there whenever we needed something. He carried our luggage in when we arrived and drove us to the station when we left, at no charge. We had complete freedom, like being at home.

Mr. Suat is a friendly, hospitable young man. The apartments are decent, with beaches, shops, pharmacies, and promenades nearby. There's a courtyard and parking, and you can use a washing machine. An ironing board is in the hallway. You can also leave your suitcases there when you arrive before 10 for check-in, or after check-out if you're traveling by public transport instead of your own car. Recommended for a pleasant summer holiday.

We had a wonderful 8 days here for our honeymoon. It was our first time staying abroad, and Mr. Suat was extremely helpful, with kind attention and informative explanations. We came on a friend's recommendation. The rooms were clean and had air conditioning, a TV, and a private kitchen. There was also a shared garden with barbecue facilities. Thank you 🙏

It looks great in the photos, but when you get there in person, it's HORROR. I'd give it a zero if I could.

The room we were given, the one shown in the photos, had no windows and barely enough space for two adults. It felt humid, and everything was in disarray. The air conditioning and private kitchen weren't there at all. The booking had promised an apartment with a private bathroom, kitchen, air conditioning, and a garden view. A place like this shouldn't even be rented out.
