The hosts were brilliant, always smiling and ready to help. The location was great too, just a short walk to the beach, though you do have to walk up a bit of a hill. The rooms at Mila & Aleksandr apartments were clean and tidy, with everything we needed and comfortable beds. The children loved the lovely pool, and the whole pool area was thoroughly cleaned every morning.

The view was great, the street wasn't very noisy, and the wifi was strong. There's a grocery store nearby, and the kitchen had what we needed. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment is great for a longer stay, with a nice pool that's not heated, which is especially pleasant in spring and summer.

I had an unfriendly experience with Illia and wouldn't recommend staying here if you're looking to relax. He took money from our deposit without giving us any receipts or tax documents. After booking online, you could potentially be asked for money on arrival. He talked about house rules and fixed payments, but that didn't make sense and wasn't followed in my case.

Kate and her husband were wonderful hosts, going out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our time at their home and in Budva. Kate even helped get our Montenegrin SIM card set up for cheap calls and data when we arrived, and arranged transport for us when we left. They gave us several Montenegrin treats during the stay, and their hospitality was amazing. The apartments had all the amenities and were spotlessly clean, thanks to manager Kate. She also kept the pool just as well cared for, and it was a welcome break from the summer heat.

The access road to the apartments is very steep, and the beach is not the 300m away described. We booked through booking.com and were promised a quiet apartment with a balcony. We even emailed again to ask for a quiet room and were told yes. After we arrived, they offered us an apartment by the pool instead, where the kindergarten runs until night and guests can look straight into the windows. They also wanted to charge us more for the apartment we'd originally booked. On top of that, they refused to give us the required complaints book. Bad joke. 20.7.2024 to your remark: face the facts, or tell me what isn't correct about our experience. Was the apartment by the pool not noisy? Did it have privacy? Was the beach nearby? Was the access road not steep? Did you give us the complaints book? You got honest feedback about the quality of your hosting.
