The breakfast was delicious, nicely presented, and just right. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the pool area was pleasant and cosy. The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk, and the Old Town is close too. It’s easy to spend your time out in this lively beach town, with lots of places to visit and cafés, bars, and restaurants open late, so a small room is enough for showering and sleeping. This is a lovely little hotel, renovated and clean, though the rooms are small. You can take towels to the beach if you let reception know first. Keep in mind there’s no elevator.

I really enjoyed my stay in Budva. The prices were very good for what they offer, and the rooms were lovely, spotless, and well cared for, so I felt right at home. The staff were extremely polite and always ready to help. I’d highly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back. Greetings from Albania 🇦🇱

For around 10 hours, the hotel had no hot water. We came back from the sea and pool and couldn’t shower, so we had to go to dinner and out feeling that way. The showers only ran freezing water. Staff told us the problem kept happening throughout the hotel and the technician couldn’t come until the next morning. In the end, a very kind employee went to the boiler himself and fixed it. The next morning, though, we got terrible service at reception. We expected at least some acknowledgment, but the manager denied there had been a problem, accused us of lying, and spoke rudely and dismissively. The staff members were nice, but the manager’s attitude was unacceptable, and this was one of the worst hotel customer service experiences I’ve had. Also, there’s no elevator, and that isn’t mentioned anywhere. Our room was very small even though we’d booked a “Superior,” supposedly the largest room. Noise carries clearly into the rooms. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

We stayed four nights and found the hotel comfortable, with a clean pool and beaches about a five-minute walk away. Old Town was around 20 minutes on foot. The staff were helpful and arranged airport transfers for both arrival and departure. Breakfast could use more options: there was pork, but no beef.
