Apartmani Centar

I booked one night and the hotel confirmed it, but the day after, just before I arrived, they said the room wasn’t available and redirected me to another hotel of theirs nearer the centre. They sent a parking lot location because the hotel wasn’t showing on the map, then photos of other rooms, and switched me to yet another room. Being in the centre was the one good thing. The door was badly damaged, with cracks you could see through from outside. There was no shampoo, and part of the balcony made it easy for someone in the next room to come into mine. At night the wind picked up, and a hotel door kept slamming and disturbed our sleep. The shower was damaged too, and the TV wouldn’t turn on because the remote had no batteries. I’m really sorry to have had this experience, but if they move you to another hotel, don’t accept it. I’m disappointed.
