We’ve stayed at Apartments Balabusic three years running and are definitely planning to return. Restaurants and supermarkets are just a few minutes away on foot, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk. The hosts are friendly and happy to help, and we think the apartments are great value. Even with bars and nightclubs near the beach, the area stays calm and quiet at night. We’ve been happy with all three visits. The host can also arrange airport pickup and drop-off, which I’d recommend. It costs less than finding something at the airport and takes the stress out of arriving.

The grocery shop was only a couple of minutes away, and Slovenska beach took around 5 to 7 minutes to reach on foot. The apartment matched the photos and Booking description. I spent 10 days there and was completely pleased with the stay. The owners were friendly and happy to answer my questions about the country, the beach, shops, or anything else. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

The stay in Budva left a very bad taste and affected the whole visit. We felt pressured by the owner's threats and ended up leaving the apartment early. She was cold toward us and seemed to judge everything we did. Although she knew English, she didn't explain her concerns directly. The WiFi was disappointing, though we could understand that. I strongly advise against staying with this unpleasant lady, especially since there are plenty of better options nearby.

The WiFi didn't work, and the beach was actually 1 km away, not 450 meters as stated. The owner watched and controlled everything we did, which made us really uncomfortable. This was my worst stay ever.

We left early because we were worried about our safety. The place was dirty, and the owners were hostile, rude, and unwilling to communicate. Without any reason or attempt to reach an agreement, they threatened to throw us out and call the police.
