Apartments Captain's Villa

The apartments were excellent, but the best part was Ivanka. I've stayed in lots of places and met many hosts, yet never one like her. She really cared about making each moment special, spent plenty of time with us, and shared what to see and do around the area and the country. Five stars don't feel like enough.

We had a very relaxing stay in a lovely one-bedroom apartment. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed, plus more. Town was an easy walk away. The hostess greeted us when we arrived and was gracious and kind. This place exceeded my expectations more than anywhere else I've stayed, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone coming to Budva.

The apartment has recently been renovated, with spacious rooms and good facilities. The swimming pool was lovely too. It's not very big, but still a nice place to swim.

Just a few hours before check-in, while I was already in Budva, I was told that the guests in my room had decided to extend their stay and that the host had given them my room. My reservation had been confirmed and prepaid, but I hadn't been warned or offered a proper solution. I was suddenly without a place to stay in a foreign country and had to cancel and find a last-minute alternative that cost more. That was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. A booked, paid room shouldn't simply be handed to other guests because they want to stay longer. I wouldn't trust this place for a reliable stay.
