The only good thing about the accommodation was that it was clean. There were enough plates, spoons, and forks, but only two battered plastic water bottles, and no coffee pot. The bed was broken and uneven, with a duvet cover used instead of a bedspread. There was a hole at the side of the refrigerator with a ball of ice. We were meant to leave at 10, but at 9 the cleaners called and told us to leave immediately so they could clean for another guest. They were having breakfast in town. The owner didn't even bother to answer. I was going to leave a review only on Booking, but after the owner wished me a safe trip in his “hospitable manner,” I decided this needed to be seen. Warning: this property isn't at the advertised location. The host goes by Nikola and charged us twice for the same date. Booking.com is investigating him. Be careful of the fake reviews. The property still isn't at the location advertised.

Two days before check-in, the hotel sent a cancellation message about our Booking reservation. We had to change all our vacation plans, including our flights and car rental, and pay an extra fee. They haven't responded about refunds. Their actions are theft and fraud. If you want to lose money and have your plans ruined, this is the place.

The host didn't respond to my messages, and we were left outside waiting. We arrived after 2pm following a long bus trip. A resident contacted the host for us and found out which room we were in. We had no WiFi password and couldn't figure out the TV; the host still didn't reply, despite my contacting him numerous times. I only got the WiFi password this morning, too late to be useful. He says he tried to reach me, but that's a lie. He doesn't answer messages. The bed sheet was too small, so moving around meant ending up on the bare mattress. The shower was very mouldy and not very clean. I couldn't face another night there, so I booked a different hotel for the remaining night. I've complained to Agoda, where I booked, because this apartment shouldn't be leased to anyone. I have plenty of photos as proof.
