The room was clean and the staff were excellent, and Budva city center is just a short walk away. The hotel is very nice and worth recommending, though getting to it by car is difficult and parking is limited. In some rooms there’s no door between the toilet and shower, so there’s little privacy, especially when using the toilet.

We only spent one night here with my wife, but the owner arranged an early check-in and gave us lots of information about the best beaches. The location was perfect, less than a five-minute walk with direct access to Old Town. Breakfast had everything you’d need for a full meal. Well worth it. I’ll stay at Atina Hotel whenever I’m back.

We were at hotel Atina for three nights in July 2025. Even with two cars, we found parking each time we came back, which matters since the hotel is on the main road. Old city of Budva is a short walk away. The room was spacious enough, the bed comfortable, and the carpet a little padded. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, but there wasn’t much variety. It was the same each morning except for one dish. The best part, though, was the service from the owner and his lovely family. They handled every question and request right away, with a smile and a great attitude. We recommend staying here and would return if we come to Budva again.

Ece and Enver made the place feel like we were traveling with friends. Their food and sightseeing tips were spot on, and we found hidden gems we’d never have come across on Instagram. They clearly love good food and nature, and that came through in their recommendations and professional manner. Lalə and Şenay also deserve thanks for their warm welcome, clean rooms, and lovely breakfasts. We spent a week at Hotel Atina in August 2025. We didn’t have a car, but it was easy to get around, with Old Town and the bus station both a short walk away. Our room was spotless throughout, and breakfast was simple, fresh, and tasty. When we arrived, we saw “Ne mutlu Türküm diyene” on the wall, and everything went smoothly from there. I usually avoid staying somewhere run by people from my own country when traveling abroad, because I want to meet locals and experience other cultures. This time, after reading the comments, I chose differently and didn’t regret it. The whole stay felt natural and comfortable, never too formal. If I return to Budva, I’d book here again.
