Apartments Onia Budva

The apartment is new and well equipped, with good WiFi, a smart TV, a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, and quality air conditioning. We enjoyed our stay and thought it was excellent value for money. Getting there was easy, access was convenient, and check-in and check-out were quick. The owner speaks good Russian. The underground parking is excellent, with an elevator straight up from the garage, which is especially handy if you’re traveling by car. The apartment is in Budva’s flat area near the foothills, with only a very gentle slope. It’s quiet and away from the busy coastal strip, while the sea and old town are still a short walk away. There are lots of nearby shops and cafes for different tastes. A few small things were missing: there was dish soap and dishwasher tablets, but no laundry detergent, and there was salt and pepper but no sugar. It could use a woman's touch. We smiled about it, went out, and bought what we needed. Highly recommended.

Everything seemed fine with my booking until check-in day. Anastasija called to say check-in would be at 4 pm, while my family and I were already in Budva waiting for her to call. She never called back, and we were left out on the street. It was a horrible experience, a disaster. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, and I’d never go through it again.

Everything is new and the equipment is excellent, with great service too. The only drawback is that there’s no WiFi by the pool. Hopefully they fix that.

The rooms were beautiful, but little else went well. We got no real communication from the hotel, and despite plenty of spaces apparently being free in the underground garage, we weren't given parking tied to our room number. I still have a lot of questions about that. The Wi-Fi also wasn't working properly yet, though I cared less about that. The pool barely gets any sun.
