We spent a month here and really enjoyed the apartment. The owner is a very helpful lady. It was roomy enough for the two of us, with a working kitchen, toilet, hot shower water, and air conditioning. With the curtains open, the room gets plenty of light. The location is central, and we could walk to supermarkets like HDL, Mega, and Aroma for groceries. There are also several good bakeries along the way. The beach takes about 20 minutes on foot, and the old town around 30. We also walked to Becici beach, which was about an hour away. From there, a nice walk goes up to the cape, where you get a good view of the Budva and Becici coastline. It’s a comfortable place to stay, even for a shorter visit. Have a great stay!

Marina and Vladimir deserve a big thank you. They communicated superbly from booking right through checkout. The apartment was spacious and wonderful, with a small outdoor sitting area. The very large bed was comfortable, with extra blankets and pillows, and there was also a large sofa bed beside it. It had air conditioning and a good walk-in shower. The kitchen had everything: a fridge, kettle, cutlery, glasses of all kinds, including a shot glass, plates, bowls, and coffee sets. An iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and towels were there too. Nothing was missing. There’s also a sauna, an outdoor pool, and a picking area. Shops, restaurants, the beach, and old town are all within walking distance. I couldn’t fault the place.

The rooms had what we needed, were clean, and had a comfortable bed. We had a really nice stay, and the host was amazing, helping us with everything and accommodating every request. The pool was spotless, and the sauna was great too. We really enjoyed being there. Great value for money, and I absolutely recommend it.

The host is what made this stay a 10/10. Marina replied quickly to every message, helped with all my questions, shared lots of local recommendations, and was happy to accommodate my date changes several times. She was friendly and helpful throughout. The apartment had everything I could need and was only a few minutes’ walk from the beach. I fell in love with Budva, and staying here made that easy. We really recommend this place. The apartment is well located, with restaurants close by and the beach and old town within walking distance. The couple who own it are amazing, and communication with them was 10/10. They speak English and German. In the middle of the city, the beautiful garden and big pool are perfect on hot summer days. They also provide a sauna and nice sunbeds for free. Our small dog was welcome too.
