I booked two months ahead and paid €500 more for a superior room, expecting the extra features that were promised. Instead, my stay in room #4 was deeply disappointing. The bathroom had mold, the window was broken and left unrepaired, and the kitchen had no pots or pans, making cooking basically impossible. There wasn't a proper trash can either, just a tiny bathroom bucket. The room was on the 1st floor, where strangers could freely access the terrace. I felt there was no security for our belongings or even for ourselves, and it was frightening to stay there. We contacted both the host and the hotel several times to ask them to address these problems, but got no response. That indifference was outrageous. These conditions are unacceptable for any accommodation, especially a superior room charged at a premium. I feel misled and still wonder what the extra money was for. Unless they move us promptly to a normal room matching what was advertised, I'll post this review on every platform I can and seek compensation. I've never experienced such disrespect toward tourists. I don't recommend this hotel and strongly urge the tour operator to reconsider working with it.
It was a pleasant stay in a great area. Shops are just a minute away, and the sea and Old Town are both about a 10-minute walk. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and well kept. You can park for €7 a day. The kitchen doesn't have basic cookware like a pot or pan, and the Wi-Fi is weak, though it does work.
The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and the hostess was pleasant. A few simple things were missing, like shampoo and a trash can, but everything else was good 👌
The apartment was very clean and in a great location. We'll definitely come back!
The beach is about 10 minutes away, though the water there isn't great. Mogren takes around a 25-30-minute walk. It's a decent hotel, with comfortable rooms, close to the center, and lots of shops nearby.
