We'd happily stay again. The balcony had a view I really liked, and the pool was a welcome alternative when the sea was rough. The water was clean and the view while swimming was lovely. The woman at reception was so friendly, and getting an early check-in saved us a whole vacation day. The price and amenities worked really well together. Our room had the essentials, including an iron and drying rack, and room service was helpful. The AC wasn't positioned right over the bed, so it was comfortable to run at night. 11 out of 10!

We were there for two nights, and both rooms came with problems. Room 103 had a loud mechanical sound every couple of minutes. Reception blamed a broken AC in the neighboring room, and only offered to move us after we pushed for it. Room 106 had ants coming through the ventilation. They were in the wardrobe and even the bed. A strong draft kept banging the sliding door back and forth, so we wedged a pouf against it. The Wi-Fi was down, and nobody knew when it would be fixed. The reception staff couldn't operate the safe, so I had to work it out myself. They weren't very kind either. Whenever we asked for help, they acted as if we were being difficult. The attitude made an already upsetting stay even worse.

We stumbled on this place by chance, and an apartment happened to be free. After looking at two, we picked one. It was stylish and comfortable, and the girl at reception was kind and helpful.

The property itself is new and nice, but the stay in Budva was ruined for me. After we'd booked the non-refundable economy room, they told us it was underground on level -2. That detail hadn't appeared anywhere during booking. We had to pay extra to get a normal room, and that one was dirty too. There was somebody's hair under the shower.

We had a great experience. It's only 20 meters from the sea, and the apartment was very clean. The host was excellent and shared lots of useful information. I'd recommend it.
