We chose this hotel for the night before our wedding so we could get ready, and the stay was arranged perfectly. Our room was spacious and bright, decorated with flowers, petals, and other romantic touches. We asked for a sunny room and got one, which made it feel even cozier. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the service was impeccable. The staff were attentive and friendly. We left with such warm memories and would happily come back.

I probably wouldn't have reviewed the hotel if they'd left the slipper issue unresolved, and even then my review wouldn't have been negative. Slippers were listed as included on Booking.com but weren't in our room at first. The receptionist kindly said summer hadn't started and they hadn't ordered them, then brought four pairs up a few minutes later. We appreciated that. Breakfast was generous and tasty, though there were no napkins. We asked and they were brought right away. The sheets, bathrobes, and towels were spotless, and cleanliness overall was excellent. Just a friendly suggestion to the owner: small comforts like slippers and napkins matter to guests who care about comfort and cleanliness. I'm mentioning it to help an already great experience. 😉

We had electrical trouble in our room twice in one day, and parking was a huge problem. They seemed to save spaces for Turkish guests. The staff don't speak Montenegrin, and their English is extremely limited. Some may simply not want to speak it. They don't seem to care about guests. Educate the staff or replace them, you're running a hotel in Montenegro, not in Turkiye.

The carpet and walls were dirty, and we struggled to close the curtains. We asked for a late checkout but were told to leave at 10 am because other guests would arrive at 11 am. Booking.com showed the earliest check-in as 2 pm. When we pointed that out, the receptionist said 2 pm applied only to walk-in guests. So are Booking reservations considered walk-ins? The staff were unfriendly and didn't seem concerned about guests. On arrival, they gave us no parking information, and we waited 10 minutes to check in because the receptionist was busy parking cars in the garage. The guy at reception also forgot to return our passports.
