This little Boutique Hotel was my base for a solo holiday with Riviera Travel. Check-in was well organized even with 20 people in our group, and everyone got their room promptly. The reception felt very clean and modern, as did my room, 103. My bathroom was clean and modern too, with a lovely hot, powerful shower. The balcony view wasn’t much, but I didn’t spend enough time in the room to mind. Breakfast had plenty of choice every morning, though I missed fresh chopped fruit, and the yogurt seemed watered down. Individual yogurt cartons might be an improvement. The bar area was clean and modern as well, but service could be slow and sometimes unwelcoming. You have to wait for staff to serve you, and sometimes that takes too long. Dinner is buffet-style, with plenty to choose from, but it wasn’t very warm, and there was no tea or coffee with the meal. I thought it was a lovely hotel and would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was rich and had lots of variety, and we were very satisfied with our stay at Hotel Moskova. Everything felt great for the price, and we’d definitely recommend it.

The breakfast really impressed me. There was a good range of dishes, including vegan choices, and everything was served perfectly by the outdoor swimming pool. I was also pleased with how clean the place was and the quality of the room furniture. I can’t think of anything that bothered me so far. Maybe next time.

The location was excellent, but the stay didn’t live up to expectations and wasn’t worth the price. Before arrival, communication was poor, and the staff felt distant and not very willing to help. I often felt awkward asking for anything, like they were doing us a favor just by answering. The room needed maintenance: peeling floors, patchy hot water, very soft beds, hard pillows, signs of mold, and visible paint touch-ups. There was no coffee set or water. After we asked, they brought a kettle and only two cups. Even cappuccino at breakfast cost extra. Our birthday arrangements were ignored, and the spa was closed with no alternative offered.

A very disappointing stay. The AC in our suite didn’t work when we arrived, and the room was extremely hot. We were moved, but the air conditioning in that room failed too. We lost a lot of time dealing with it before finally being moved to a standard room with working AC the next evening. Management promised us a full refund, but we never received any compensation.
