The owner helped us sort out everything we needed, even the transfer, which made the stay stress free. The flat was spotless, cozy, and just like the photos, only much bigger. Both rooms open onto the balcony. Everything was handy and in its place, from the well equipped kitchen and wardrobe to the bathroom, fresh towels, and good sheets. Budva's main sights and beaches are all roughly 1 to 10 minutes away.

We were the first guests in this brand new apartment. It's upscale, with a really good layout, and the location is awesome. The one drawback was the live music noise from the promenade.

The apartment was lovely and quiet, and the owner was friendly and helpful. Parking was the one problem, since it wasn't easy to find or clear where to go. I'd certainly come back to BUDVA in the future.

The apartments are spacious and new, and the location is perfect. The underground garage connects by elevator, which is the biggest plus, and the sound insulation is good too.
