The people made this stay memorable. The reception and bell staff were professional and genuinely kind. Levi and Dogukan, two of the receptionists from Cameroon, have a strong, imposing look but such gentle hearts, and they’re very handsome too. I won’t forget the impression they left on me. Merit Residence is right in central Budva, and both the facilities and service were flawless.

We always look forward to the sauna at the spa, and the rooms are stylish, luxurious, and very clean. The location is excellent too. Breakfast is a favorite, especially for the fresh juices and delicious food, but Bianca and Efe Berk’s service really stands out. They were professional and kind, and our two young kids are still talking about them after our visit last October 2025. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to return.

We’ll definitely come back and stay longer. Starlit has a wonderful team, and we really valued how much care and dedication they showed guests. The place feels thoughtfully designed throughout, from the rooms and casino to the décor and food and drink menu. Elegant in every detail.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and Merit Starlit Hotel is one of the best. The dedicated star assist service made our 4-night visit feel effortless. Jana and Milena were absolute gems, warm and professional, and always happy to help. They arranged room service and spa treatments, gave us detailed local recommendations, and even surprised my friend with a birthday cake. We felt like VIPs. The rooms were spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and finished to a high standard. A welcome snack was waiting in ours, a thoughtful touch that made it feel like home. The interiors are stunning and sophisticated, luxurious without feeling cold or intimidating. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with complimentary drinks and delicious chocolate-covered strawberries at reception. There’s a casino on site, and I left €150 richer. My two small gripes are the lack of a pool and that the new restaurant could use a more varied menu. Still, the stay was flawless. Thank you, Merit Starlit Hotel. We’ll be back, and I highly recommend it. 🌟

I was passing the hotel and needed to use the restroom, but the Front Office senior told me I couldn’t. We’re regular guests at the new Zaytoon restaurant, and this was completely at odds with the hospitality and experience there. We live in Podgorica and had planned to visit the hotel next weekend, but this changed my mind. I expect a friendly, welcoming attitude when I enter any hotel or F&B outlet. This kind of reception was horrible, and unexpected from a Turkish Brand, especially in Montenegro and Budva. 😢
