The hotel management was terrible. We were a group of students, and the restaurant could barely cook for all of us. We waited an hour for food that still wasn’t properly cooked. The rooms didn’t have enough shampoo or soap, we had to use towels as blankets instead of actual blankets, and we even found a snake on one of the balconies. The staff were really kind and did all they could to accommodate us as well as possible.

The staff were extremely kind, the rooms were clean, and the food at breakfast and dinner was good. Room supplies, like towels and shampoo, were a bit hit or miss, but we asked reception for what was missing. We got three new towels over our three days, which felt unnecessary. They should use a simple towel-on-the-floor-means-change-it policy for guests who want a more eco-friendly option. Thanks for the good service!

The hotel was clean and the staff were really friendly, especially at the front desk and Petar. Breakfast was the one thing I’d change. It was the same every day, and it would be nice to have some fruit. Otherwise, it was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back 🥰❤️

Great views, very clean and tidy, and comfortable with air conditioning. The food and lounge package was also great value.
