Everything was spotless and set up beautifully, and the place felt cozy, just like home. We arrived late, around 10 pm, but our host had kindly left the keys by the door and trusted us to settle the payment the next morning. That thoughtful welcome made a real difference. Everything matched the description, maybe even exceeded it. We'd happily stay again and really appreciated the warm hospitality.

The owner was polite, genuinely helpful, and very nice. The location was convenient and affordable, close to a hypermarket and petrol station, but there are things that need attention. The bathroom could use upgrades, the washrooms weren't great, and we had water problems a few times. We also weren't even offered a bottle of water at check-in. It was a nice experience, just not the best.

A few minutes by car from Budva city centre, the bungalows are in a quiet, cozy spot. They're modern, comfortable, and very clean, and the pool is a nice place to cool off. There's also a good pizza place about a 10-minute walk away, with fresh seafood and breakfast too.

The apartment was clean and had a nice pool, but I found the value below average. The advertised sea view wasn't there at all. The glass front door had no curtain, so public lights made it bright at night and the sun came in early in the morning. Cooking equipment was very limited, with no oven or basics like salt and pepper. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and the place was hard to find.

We spent four nights here and felt right at home. The owners are real friends, the place is cozy and relaxed, and the prices are good. My wife and I came from Turkey, and I'd recommend it to couples visiting Budva.
