We loved how peaceful the garden and pool area were, and everything was kept spotless. It smelled fresh, there was pleasant music, and we could make coffee or do laundry. Secure private parking right outside was a big plus. The beach and old town center are both about a 10-minute walk, with a supermarket around the corner. We spent ten nights at Sun 'n Sea Apartments, and Maja and her husband made us feel so welcome. Maja was always there for questions and useful tips, and her warmth made the stay feel carefree. The apartment was exceptionally clean, stylish, and fully equipped, down to the kitchen utensils, tablecloths, and tea towels. The bathroom had plenty of towels and toilet paper, and it was cleaned every four days. A hidden gem, and a wonderful hostess. Thanks, Maja, for all your care and attention. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who was available whenever we had questions. The neighborhood was quiet, and the old town and waterfront were only about 10 minutes away. The new apartment was superb, fully equipped, and came with parking and access to a swimming pool. The cleanliness and attention to detail were incredible. Dear Maja, you made our time in Budva unforgettable. Thank you.

Maja made our stay especially lovely. She welcomed us herself, shared helpful local tips, and was always ready to help. Her warmth made us feel completely at home. The apartments at Sun and Sea Apartments were spotless and spacious, with a stunning sea view. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, from the equipped kitchen and comfortable beds to the balcony where we enjoyed the sunset. The beach, restaurants, and shops were all a short walk away. We’ll definitely return, and recommend it to anyone after a relaxing seaside holiday.

Our top-floor apartment had a lovely view from both balconies and access to a pool. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Right in the heart of Budva, it was close to the old town and amenities. The host was gracious and helpful.

Maja was a wonderful host, always friendly, helpful, and ready with good tips. We stayed six nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, with air conditioning in both bedrooms. The pool area was great for relaxing, and we appreciated the secure parking in front of the building. The beach and old town are an easy 10-15 minute walk, and there’s a supermarket next door. We highly recommend this place.
