Milica, Vanya and Marina deserve a big bonus for turning our weekend around. We arrived stressed and disappointed after a terrible problem with our original hotel booking, but the staff were so warm, understanding, and genuinely hospitable. The service was flawless, and they went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome. We stayed for two nights, May 30-31, and they really rescued our holiday. We can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended!

The location is a fair way from the sea, so expect plenty of walking. The host was very helpful, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was pretty good. We had no other problems, but one night while we were asleep a strange man used his key to enter our room. It felt very unsafe, and we reported it to reception.

Our stay became a nightmare, and the family's distress was immense. After we posted a Google review, the hotel management allegedly used our temporary problem with required documents at the border against us instead of responding with understanding. We say they pulled private security camera footage showing my wife, her sister, and her 8-year-old daughter, sent the recordings to us, and threatened to post the images publicly on Google reviews unless we deleted our review. We consider that malicious blackmail and a serious breach of privacy. We paid in full for all services, but no free breakfast was provided on our first day. We were also asked to pay a parking fee of 20 Euros per person, 40 Euros total for one vehicle, strictly in cash. They refused to provide an official invoice or receipt. We believe their own cameras recorded this undocumented cash exchange. The owner's representative contacted us privately after the incident, acknowledged unprofessional conduct by staff, apologized, and formally offered a full refund to settle things peacefully. Then all communication channels were cut off and our messages blocked. We have documented the messages, threats, and cash payment, and say the surveillance footage was used to pressure and intimidate us with public exposure, a severe violation of European privacy laws (GDPR). We are handing the digital evidence to the Turkish Consulate in Podgorica, the Montenegrin Tourism Inspection, and the Tax Administration for legal action. This behavior showed us no corporate sincerity. Stay far away.

The location is quite central and close to the beach, and I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast. There was a huge range of super tasty homemade food. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, and the staff are welcoming, helpful, and professional. Lovely place. I’ll definitely come back.
