The hotel fell well short of what we expected. Reception was out front when we arrived. We had no hot water for three days. The photos showed that you could cook or heat water, but there was nowhere to do that. We also had no refrigerator, and it took 24 hours for one to be brought in. The only good thing was breakfast. Everything else deserves 1 point. Staff shouldn’t be aggressive with tourists or answer rudely. If you don’t like the work, find another job.

We were very satisfied with the family apartment we rented. The location was perfect, breakfast was delicious, and the room was cleaned every day. Thanks for everything. We’re looking forward to coming back!

The apartment was nice, though it could've been cleaner.

The beds were roomy and comfortable, and there’s a tucked-away little tea kitchen in the closet. The rooms are spotless, with stylish furniture, and the owner is friendly. The villa is reasonably close to both the center and the beach. I’d recommend it.

For the price, this is a great place to stay. Just keep in mind there’s no elevator, so getting up to the fifth floor could be a lot.
