The calm atmosphere and lack of noise or crowds were just what my partner and I wanted. Edem is one of the few adults-only hotels in Montenegro that I’d call truly worthwhile. It has beautiful design, gorgeous sea views, good breakfasts, and a bar beside the pool. The staff were welcoming and attentive. A great choice for couples or anyone after a peaceful break. I’d definitely recommend it and come back next season.

The kitchen was closed while we were there because there were only a few guests, so it’s a good idea to buy groceries ahead or bring takeaway from a restaurant. We’d been looking to get away from the busy coast, and finding Eden through the “Adults Only” filter was exactly right. Just 12 rooms make it feel intimate, with a peaceful atmosphere and birdsong. A huge terrace with loungers wraps around the pool, and a fruit tree garden slopes down from it. They even let us pick peaches and cherries. Eating fresh peaches by the pool with cold Sauvignon Blanc was magnificent. It really felt like a garden of Eden. I highly recommend it!
