Sado and Serveta looked after me so well, and I hope to return next year. The villa is bright, comfortable, and very clean, in a quiet, peaceful area. My room had a well-equipped kitchen, a strong shower with lots of hot water, and fresh towels and bedding during my stay. I also made good use of the drying rack and pegs on the balcony. The terrace has amazing views and spectacular sunsets. Across from the villa, there’s a lovely place to relax on sun loungers, with steps into the clear sea for swimming or snorkeling. There’s a small beach nearby, plus a larger one with good restaurants about a five-minute walk away.

We stayed for a couple of days recently, my wife and I, and had a great time. The owners were kind and helpful, and the apartment was excellent. You can enjoy an amazing sea view from the building, and there’s a beach within walking distance. I’d definitely recommend it for a holiday.

We’re spending another holiday in Montenegro, in Utieha, at Villa Perla, and once again the owners have made us feel so welcome. It feels like coming to visit family. The apartment is almost right on the beach, which we love each year, and there’s a large terrace on the rock with sun loungers and umbrellas. We recommend this wonderful place with all our hearts 😘

The hosts are awesome, and the rooms are comfortable. Right in front of the Villa is the best beach, with breathtaking views of the Adriatic sea and the majestic mountains. It’s a beautiful place to stay in Montenegro, and I’ll definitely come back.

There’s plenty nearby, from a great burger place and grocery store around the corner to bars and restaurants by the main beach, plus an FKK beach for anyone who enjoys that. The rooftop is open to everyone, with a barbecue and deck chairs overlooking Utjeha bay, and there’s also a private deck by the sea with loungers and shades. Teti & Sado and their helpers are such lovely, welcoming hosts. They give you a full tour, and the house is clean and tidy, with a big parking lot. Apartments are fully furnished and each has its own terrace. Sheets and towels are changed every third day. A great place for a longer stay, highly recommend it!
