We went in winter, during the off-season, and still had a really pleasant stay. I'm sure there's even more to do in summer. It's only a five-minute drive from the Old Town of Kotor. The hotel is lovely, with a great view of the river, and manager Jakov went out of his way to make us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent, with a Swedish buffet and a freshly cooked main dish, like an omelette.

We were upgraded to a spacious room and balcony on the third floor, with a Dyson hair dryer and Marshall speaker. Parking is outside the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were always pleasant and courteous. We really appreciated the handwritten welcome note!

Hotel Adiya made our three-night visit incredible. The room was modern and luxurious, with a breathtaking sea view, and everything was spotless, from the bedding to the bathroom. The staff were outstanding throughout, always smiling, kind, available, and attentive to every little detail. They arranged restaurant bookings and activities for us and shared great advice about the region. We felt at home and received service worthy of the finest hotels. Leaving brought on so much nostalgia. I recommend this place with my whole heart. Thank you to the whole team for an absolutely perfect and unforgettable stay!

Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the view was simply breathtaking. Jakov, the hotel manager, and the whole staff were attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Adiya Hotel. We couldn't have asked for better, and would recommend it to anyone visiting. We'll definitely be back!

We'd only just returned from the hotel when I wrote this, and what an outstanding stay it was. The staff were incredibly attentive, caring, and thoughtful. We were surprised with an upgrade to the best room in the hotel, without even asking, and they left a lovely cake for my husband's birthday. Such a touching gesture. The room was spacious, spotless, and designed with wonderful attention to detail. It felt elegant and thoughtful, with a woman's touch. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the scent throughout the hotel was one of the best we've experienced in a long time. A huge thank you for making our holiday so special. We'll definitely be back next summer ❤️
