The apartments are really comfortable, and it’s a lovely base for exploring the whole Bay of Kotor. The owner even bakes delicious cakes for guests! :)

Jadranka is a very friendly woman. The house is cozy and nicely placed, with a sea view and both the beach and Kotor Old Town within walking distance. Having a car also makes it a good spot for getting to other cities and beaches.

The location worked out so well, about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and roughly the same to the beach. The owner was wonderful and took great care of us, including bringing over an amazing homemade cheesecake. She might even share the secret recipe 😂. Definitely recommend 👍

We were warmly welcomed by Jadranka with a drink. The apartment felt very comfortable, had a fully equipped kitchen, and the balcony views were great. It’s around a 10-minute walk to Kotor Old Town, with a supermarket about seven minutes away on foot. I’d happily stay again.

It’s close to downtown, but sadly this place isn’t suitable for children. There was no heating and we were cold in April, even though it was spring. We had a small child with us, but the owner said we had to turn off the air conditioner and wouldn’t let us use it for heat. We were disappointed and wouldn’t recommend staying here with kids.
