The sea is just across the road, and we had our own sunbed. Restaurants are close, parking is available, and you can reach the city center on foot in about half an hour. The apartment was clean, with a pleasant terrace and a view of the private beach and green mountains. The owner was super friendly, confident, and fun. Definitely recommend it.

It felt unhealthy and rundown, with fungus across the walls and strong chemicals in the bathroom trying to mask a horrible smell. The listing said there was a kitchen, but all we found was a microwave. Parking was advertised for three cars, yet there are more than six apartments, so we had to leave the car on the street. Terrible service. It may be listed as four stars, but I wouldn't give it even one. Tasteless and falling apart.

The room was gloomy, even on the second floor, because it had so few windows. The shower floor leaked and needed repair as of September 2021, and the WiFi was unreliable. They also didn't have a card reader, although card payment was listed as an option when booking. Still, the spot by the little beach was superb, and we really enjoyed riding the free bikes around the bay. The owners were friendly and checked that we were comfortable. I'd consider returning for the location, but not for the rooms.

The place is clean and the owner is very friendly, and the swimming spot is kept really tidy. The apartments are worth a visit. Update: I lowered my rating to four stars after the woman shooed us away. The man is very friendly, but she isn't.

We were upgraded for free to the largest apartment, and every apartment has a gorgeous view of Boka bay. There are free bikes and a kayak, as well as a private beach with chairs and umbrellas for guests. The host was excellent.
