Palazzo Banicevic Luxury Rooms

The hotel is right on the water, with fantastic views and a lovely, peaceful feel. It’s close enough to be convenient but far enough away to stay quiet. The rooms are big and immaculate, with lovely balconies, and there’s a sauna, gym, and pool. The price is unbeatable for a quality hotel with all these amenities. A fantastic value option.

The host’s kindness and warm hospitality made us feel completely at home. They were always ready to help and added thoughtful touches that made the stay special. The hotel was more comfortable and clean than we expected, and the peaceful natural setting made mornings feel like waking up inside a painting. We were so taken with the place that leaving was hard, and our hearts stayed behind. We wholeheartedly recommend it and can’t wait to return at the first chance.

Lake Kotor is beautiful, and it was fun trying local food and chatting with the owners. The location is lovely, with a great lake view from the large patio. The remodeled place was very clean and nice, with easy parking, a comfortable bed, and good water pressure in the shower. There are some nice restaurants along the lake within walking distance. A few changes could bring this up to five stars: cotton sheets and pillowcases, better towels since these felt crispy and weren’t white, and clearer instructions for the TV and air conditioner. Breakfast isn’t essential for me, but because the place is outside town, there aren’t many good breakfast options nearby.

The hosts were so welcoming, they made the place feel like home. Our room was large and clean, and the views were breathtaking. We could use the kitchen, sauna, and gym, plus the outdoor pool in summer. The only drawback for us was that the hot water wasn't always available. We'd happily book again if we come back to Kotor.
