Dollaku Apartments

The way to the hotel is a bit nerve-racking, and there’s no food apart from breakfast. They can arrange food through a local restaurant, but remember it’s cash only, whether you get takeaway or eat there. That said, the staff are lovely and happy to help with anything. Great views, a nice pool, and access to the sea make this a truly relaxing spot :)

We came with our two young kids, and the pool area felt both great and safe for them. The Adriatic views are stunning, and the rooms are high quality. It’s a family-run hotel, and the staff made us feel at home with excellent service. We’ve been visiting Montenegro for ten years, and it’s rare to find this standard of hotel. We’ll be back :)

I had five amazing days at Dollaku and hope to return. You can swim in the sea right from here, and there’s a lovely pool area too. The sea views are amazing.

We stayed in the first half of July, and the service was especially thoughtful. Gent was always ready to help sort things out, and the reception can call a taxi if you want to dine elsewhere. Mrs. Vildana and her sons Gent and Buddy look after guests’ comfort and rest. The apartments are cleaned daily, with towels and bed linen changed. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of vegetables, fruit, cold cuts, and several kinds of cheese. The beach is on several levels with loungers and umbrellas, so guests don’t get in each other’s way. The aparthotel sits on a fairly steep slope, as is common in the area, but I could still go for my morning run. It’s in a picturesque spot by the Adriatic Sea.
