Radisson Ruza Vjetrova Resort

I cancelled through Booking within the allowed time, but the hotel never responded to confirm the cancellation. Not long after, I was in a road accident in Albania and couldn't travel to Montenegro. Even so, they marked the reservation as “honored” and said I had stayed there. That's completely false: I never arrived or checked in. I've repeatedly contacted them through Booking and by emailing the hotel to get that record corrected, but no one has replied. I'm not asking for a refund, only for the false claim that I stayed there to be fixed. It feels like they stopped answering once they had the payment. A very dishonest and deeply frustrating experience.

The rooms and beds were top notch, and the staff were friendly and professional. There are several beaches within the resort, so there's plenty of choice for how to spend the day. The food was outstanding, especially the buffet, the best I've had at a hotel. Rock and coral around the white stone give the location a great rustic feel. From the day we arrived, everything was perfect. I've travelled a lot, and this place is worth every penny and then some. Nothing else in the area comes close, and I can't see why this resort would have less than 5 stars on Google. Hope we make it back next year or the year after.

We had a memorable stay at this Radisson resort on Montenegro's scenic coastline. The location was amazing, and the staff and service were fantastic. Highly recommend it. We'll be back.

The receptionist and cleaning lady were really nice, and the photos make the place look good. But plenty of the other staff were super unfriendly. At breakfast they often sent us away before we'd finished, and when the coffee machine was empty they just said to wait until tomorrow. We also brought a pizza inside without knowing that wasn't allowed, and instead of explaining, they were toxic about it. The air conditioning smelled when switched on, and there was a constant smell in the bathroom. It wasn't a pleasant stay for me.
