The poolside bar was the highlight for me, with a lovely view and such a relaxed atmosphere. The bartenders were so kind, and their cocktails were the best we’ve ever tried. We had a great time here and would recommend it for a get-together with friends or family.

We were left out on the street, and 10 friends are still stunned by the whole thing. We had to wait for two hours, only to learn that the room we booked had been sold to someone else. Then he lied and said I was on a plane. This was because of him, Booking, and the Sky Forst employees. I’ve never seen such a disgraceful place. Don’t let anyone else go through what we did. Choose somewhere else, even if you have to throw your money away, just don’t spend it here.

My husband booked through Booking, but when we got there nobody was around. We waited for 2-3 hours with our 6-year-old son. They sell rooms that aren't there and then switch off their phones. Don’t go.

We had a reservation but couldn’t get in, and ended up stuck outside for hours. We basically spent the night at the door. I don’t want anyone else coming here to go through this. What a disgrace. Don’t come, guys.

They sold our room to someone else even though we had a reservation, and left us waiting outside for three hours. If you don’t want to spend time at the door, don’t go.
