Pros: It's right on the bay and promenade, with private access to the bay and a swimming pool. But the place didn't feel well maintained, and we didn't feel we got what we paid for. The website photos need updating to show things accurately. The elevator wasn't working, our room and bathroom weren't thoroughly cleaned, and Wi-Fi only worked at reception. Food was very average and service wasn't great.

There's plenty for kids to do, and the pool has an amazing view. The location is amazing too. Breakfast buffet was great, though the Wi-Fi could be better. I'd definitely like to come back!

My towels had stains on them. I complained and they were replaced, but the new ones were stained too. The staff didn't apologize and seemed annoyed that I brought it up. There's no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only at reception. The food was average, and the rooms were dated and not very clean. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

I've been staying here with family for years. It's in a great location, the services are lovely, and the bar and restaurant food is great. Staff are generally friendly. The hotel could use some renovation and more variety in its entertainment, and the Wi-Fi needs improvement.

The location is great, there's lots of parking for €3 a day, breakfast was good, and I can't fault the staff. But the hotel feels tired and run down. I'm sure it was great when it opened 20 years ago. My room smelled musty and damp, and the main door wouldn't close unless I slammed it. Every couple of minutes, a loud vibrating noise came from the bathroom when the air conditioning was set to anything other than high. Wi-Fi wouldn't connect in the room at all. I had to sit in reception, where it still disconnected every few minutes. If you won't spend much time in the room, don't need Wi-Fi, and mainly want a great location, this place might work for you. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.
