Nothing about this stay went well. We were there for 2 days, and the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The official website says ice skating is free, but once we arrived we were told we had to pay. It seemed like nothing there was actually free. The entertainment facilities weren't working either. We went to the jacuzzi, which was meant to be free for 1 hour, but the water was cold and unusable. Staff told us the manager would come in 5 minutes after we asked for help. We waited downstairs for exactly 1 hour, until our free time was up, and nobody showed. We never got to use the jacuzzi, and our complaint was ignored. That evening my friend ordered a burger with tomatoes, lettuce, and other ingredients. Instead, they brought French fries and two meat patties. They said that's what they call a hamburger. We sent it back, but the replacement was only meat in homemade bread, and the French fries had vanished from the plate. It was ridiculous and a really bad experience. I don't recommend going there.

The atmosphere was really relaxed, and we got good service. After a great coffee before heading out on the Wolf Trail, we came back for a late lunch or early dinner. The food was great and the portions were generous. Highly recommend.

The staff are super friendly, the rooms are generally nice, and they have an amazing dog 🤩. But I wouldn't call this a 4 star hotel. In some rooms sockets are coming out of the walls, and some room numbers are stuck to doors with sticky tape 🙈🙈. Breakfast is veeeery poor, and the coffee from the machine seems instant. Sound seems to carry freely between rooms and floors, too.

There are two pools, a jacuzzi, a kids playroom, and an outdoors playroom, so there's plenty for children to do. The hotel is exactly 1 hour drive from Tivat airport, right in the middle of Lovcen national Park. Rooms were clean, and the attentive stuff was excellent. Great value for money.

The Wolf Trail start and information centre are just a 5-minute walk away. We had a nice stay, and since it wasn't busy when we arrived in late June, they upgraded us to an apartment. The interiors look a bit dated, though the bathroom was quite modern. A friendly receptionist arranged taxis and let us check in early. We especially enjoyed the pool, with sunbeds and great views. Dinner was OK, portions were good, but service was very slow with only two servers. Get to breakfast early or the food will be cold.
