Villa Diva

Every room at Villa Diva has breathtaking views, and the sunsets are spectacular. We had a beautiful stay, a perfect place to unwind and get away from the stresses of modern life.

We found Villa to be a wonderful base for a family gathering, with room options for different ages and family setups. You can enjoy Montenegro’s scenery here while still having an accessible starting point for exploring. We spent time relaxing at the house, walking and playing at Rose beach, and visiting the nearby fortress and submarine bunker. We also drove to Porto Montenegro, Kotor, Cetinje, Sveti Stefan beach, and Budva. The property clearly has had a lot of love put into its design and upkeep. The pool and upper deck were great places for everyone to gather, including for two sunset dinners. June and Karl, the onsite housekeepers, were kind and so helpful. We arranged for them to help with breakfasts and dinners, which meant most of the house tasks were taken care of. Their food choices and cooking were fantastic. I’d highly recommend this villa to groups looking for adventure and natural beauty, with a secure, relaxing home base.

June and Karl, who looked after the house and cooked for us, made our week at Villa Diva especially memorable. They went out of their way for us, including helping celebrate our daughter’s birthday so thoughtfully. Breakfasts and dinners were amazing, and they may have been the highlight of our trip. There were 12 of us, six adults and six kids, spending two weeks travelling around Europe and one full week at the villa. The house was unique, the views breathtaking, and it was a short walk to a lovely beach. The pool was chilly but refreshing, and became a favourite place for everyone to gather. We’d absolutely book again.

Our large group had such a magical time at Villa Diva. It slept all 12 of us with room to spare, somehow feeling both cozy and spacious, and having the whole place to ourselves was a treat. It made a great base for exploring Montenegro, with a path to Rose village and beach and day trips to Kotor and Porte Montenegro nearby. We were just as happy staying in, lounging by the pool, soaking up the views, and having dinner on the rooftop terrace. The kids enjoyed the grounds, meeting local animals, and watching films on the big projector in the evening. June and Karl, the housekeepers onsite, were thoughtful and attentive. They even picked up local treats from bakeries far away and arranged a birthday surprise for my niece. A special place on the Lustica Peninsula, highly recommended.
