You can walk to restaurants and a grocery shop from this well located property, and there's a little beach right beside it. Tivat and Kotor are only a short drive away, and it felt like good value. The one issue during our stay was the unreliable internet.

The large balcony and its great view were a plus, and the host was friendly. Everything was okay, though the place is a little outdated :)

The price feels too high for what the apartment offers. The people in Donac are friendly, and there is a bakery in the building, parking, and a small beach just below. Water pressure drops in the evening, though the water is still available. There is one air conditioner, and it cools very well. As for the apartment itself, the wardrobes are old, there are no bedside tables, and the wooden chairs wobble. The ancient electric stove takes ages to heat water for coffee. The tiny analog TV from last century doesn't work, the toilet seat won't stay up, and the cistern nearly fell off.

For the money, this seems overpriced, and the apartment hygiene could be a lot better, especially the bathroom, which isn't for the squeamish. The furnishings haven't been updated in a long time, though they still work, and water is occasionally unavailable, but rarely. The three stars feel generous, really only making sense against the rest of the Montenegrin coast. Compared with places for the same price by the sea in Greece or Turkey, I'd give it ONE STAR, maybe two. There are some good things: the apartments are well located and more or less comfortable. Some have a terrace and direct sea views, while others have a very pleasant, well-kept garden. Guest parking is available, the hosts are friendly and always reachable, and the beach is about 25-30 meters away by stairs.

For a restful, pleasant holiday, this is a good fit. The hosts are friendly and kind, the accommodation is close to the sea, and the beach is beautiful. The water is clean and pleasant too.
