A good spot for one or two nights of sleep, with an easy check-in and check-out. The comfortable beds, A/C, big lockers, and small fully equipped kitchen cover the basics well. It's close to the bus station, and the center and supermarkets are within walking distance. There isn't a lounge or common area to hang out in, so it doesn't feel very social, but I would definitely recommend it.

I spent two nights at this lovely hostel. It's very clean and comfortable, and Danilo is a friendly, helpful owner who is always ready with excellent local tips. For example, he explained the best way to visit Ostrog monastery and get the brightest pictures at the right moment of the day. I recommend the place. Thanks for your kindness. The garden was a lovely place for breakfast and morning coffee, and there's a well-stocked supermarket right next door. We also used the properly equipped kitchen to make breakfast. The hostel is a short stroll from the center and close to the main bus/train station. The kind, friendly owners know their city and country and speak fluent English. They helped us rent a car and find good places to eat, including Victoria bar down the street. We arrived very late, but Danilo had sent the key code in advance so we could let ourselves in. Our bedroom was next to the kitchen and bathrooms; each bed had its own plug and light, and the showers and whole place were very clean. Strongly recommend it!

The bed sheets are much too small to tuck in, so they don't stay put. Adding elastics like those on the mattress covers would fix that. Also, although the hostel says it accepts cards, it was cash only. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable, with a good kitchen and nice bathrooms. The dormitory is heated in winter, and the place is right next to a supermarket and five minutes from the bus and railway stations.
