This hotel has a history of its own. It opened on October 1, 1955, and at the time was Montenegro's only "A" hotel, according to the hotel qualification system then in use. Its capacity is reduced today because part of the building is used as a faculty and another as a student dormitory, alongside a supermarket and a couple of clothing and footwear stores. Unfortunately, music was played there that, in my opinion, glorifies certain fascist and Nazi moments, probably under pressure from certain people who come there. It still has the most beautiful terrace, and it's right in the city center.

We arrived late at night as two couples, hoping only to have a room to sleep in. The staff couldn't help us because they didn't speak English. The elevator looked like it had survived the First World War, and the rooms were very outdated and damp, with doors that wouldn't open properly and no air conditioning. We were also given a room that was already occupied. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and ruined our montenegro visit.

We came in as restaurant guests, and the Caesar salad was basically a pool of mayonnaise. We couldn't eat it. Afterward, nobody came to clear our dirty plates. Hopefully that was just our experience.
